This is a complete list of all Romano's Macaroni Grill locations, along with their geographic coordinates.  Macaroni Grill as it is more commonly known, is an Italian-style chain of casual dining restaurants with locations throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The first restaurant was founded by Texas restaurateur Philip J. Romano in Leon Springs, Texas, on April 19, 1988. Brinker International bought the franchise rights on November 22, 1989. It is headquartered in Dallas. Romano's Macaroni Grill menu features items found in traditional cuisine from Italy and the Mediterranean area. Restaurants also offer patrons the option of creating their own pasta, from a list of pre-selected ingredients. All meals are served with complimentary bread and olive oil.
